Cooking Procedure

Then they are marinated in a mixture of red chili paste, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, tandoor masala, oil, curd, lemon juice, and salt. Then the slices are put on a griller or tandoor and heated around a temperature of 250-300 degrees centigrade.
Preparation Time
Chicken tikka needs 25 minutes to get cooked on a skewer.
Chicken Tandoori requires 40 minutes to get tender and fully prepared on a griller.
